The parents of the 17-year-old Veronica 'Ronnie' Miller have broken up, and her father Steve has moved from New York to the country. Ronnie is disappointed because her father left the family back alone. After she was caught shoplifting for the first time, she thought that she would have to spend the summer holidays with her brother Jonah and her father. But she does not realize that the real issue is different. Her father is suffering from stomach cancer that has already spread to the lung and probably wants to spend the last summer of his life with his children. Steve leads a simple life and devotes his time to the completion of a stained-glass window of the village church. It was destroyed in a mysterious fire where Pastor Harris, a good friend of Ronnie's father nearly lost his life. Jonah finds pleasure in tinkering with his father to spend the time. Steve still feels the distance between his daughter and him.
Ronnie meets the self-conscious Will, to whom it is repellent, as to most people. On the beach, she finds a clutch of eggs of sea turtles. In order to protect it from raccoons, she now sleeps on the beach. When Ronnie asks the aquarium for support, it turns out, that Will is working there as a volunteer. The two eventually find common ground, and Ronnie can finally enjoy the holiday. But Will's family and his friends are not excited about the meeting with Ronnie, so that their feelings for each other are put to the test. When Ronnie's father gets a coughing fit and collapses, Ronnie finds out that he has long been suffering from stomach cancer and has only a few months left to live. In addition, it comes out that Ronnie's father has not set the fire in the church, as suggested by the villagers, but Will's friend Scott witnessed was when Marcus had set a fire there. Ronnie begins to play the piano again and reconcile with her father. After Steve has died, Ronnie returns back to New York and there was caused by the Juilliard School, from which she had been observed and has received a scholarship after graduating from school. Ronnie had a nice day with Will. They were in the Aquarium and in the afternoon, they were fishing. In the evening had Will a volleyball game with his friend Scott. Ronnie had watched it and spoke with Ashley, who told her that Will is a player. He exploits girls.
Ronnie believes it and went home. She doesn’t want speak with him and he waits 4 hours in the front of the house.

I think she goes outside and doesn’t want to say what happened and then when she finds out that Ashley has lied, she is ashamed that she believed her. She will feel awful and doesn’t put out a word, but after them she will apologize to him, even if it requires overcoming.
I think they will fall in love.

Analysis

Write about the style of writing the author uses.

The book is a novel, a romance. In the past tense and in the She-Form is The Last Song written. It haves 37 chapters and each chapter is written by a different person. I’ve prefer it, because you can empathize a little bit in each other and will receive a much larger trading range than just a main character.
