Prediction

At any point in the story take a guess as to how the story (plot) will go on or finally conclude. What is going to happen.
Ronnie had a nice day with Will. They were in the Aquarium and in the afternoon, they were fishing. In the evening had Will a volleyball game with his friend Scott. Ronnie had watched it and spoke with Ashley, who told her that Will is a player. He exploits girls.
Ronnie believes it and went home. She doesn’t want speak with him and he waits 4 hours in the front of the house.

I think she goes outside and doesn’t want to say what happened and then when she finds out that Ashley has lied, she is ashamed that she believed her. She will feel awful and doesn’t put out a word, but after them she will apologize to him, even if it requires overcoming.
I think they will fall in love.

Analysis

Write about the style of writing the author uses.

The book is a novel, a romance. In the past tense and in the She-Form is The Last Song written. It haves 37 chapters and each chapter is written by a different person. I’ve prefer it, because you can empathize a little bit in each other and will receive a much larger trading range than just a main character.

Characterization

Describe a character from the book (e.g. physical characteristics, personality, likes, dislikes). Say why you like / dislike the character.

Ronnie is a very difficult and sensitive person. She is a vegetarian, because she can’t eat animal, which died for her that she can eat them. She can assess people well.
She hate her father at beginning from book and she have to live with him for the summer.
At this summer are Ronnie 17 years. She lives at Manhattan NY with her mom and her younger brother.

I love the character from Ronnie, because she don't swim with the others. She is herself.

Jonah is Ronnie’s younger brother. She loves him although he stressed out. He is 10 years old.
Jonah is interesting at all about life, family and just seeing things and taking it. He can make any situation interesting or crazy.

Steve is Ronnie’s father and he loves his children. He lives at the beach in Wilmington, North Carolina.
He is someone who cares mostly about other people. He is the type to pursue in dreams and take things seriously.

Kim is Ronnie’s mother, which makes many provide about her.

Will Blakelee is a boy how is rich and he falls in love with Ronnie.

Scott is the best friend from Will and isn’t agreeing with his new girlfriend, because he loves Cassie and she is only to have with Ashley. Ashley is ex-girlfriend of Will. But Will don’t want Ashley back, because he don’t love her and she is superficial.

Blaze will a friend from Ronnie at the beginning of the story and she love Marcus. Blaze doesn't want friends, but she needs friends. She is the type who goes along with the crowd and will do anything to stay with the crowd since she is kicked out of her house and out of options.

Marcus thinks he can get what he wants with intimidation and intensity. He is disturbed and enjoys violence (like they say Adolph Hitler was) He doesn't understand when he's wrong, and if someone disagrees with him, they are the wrong ones. Never him. He needs to get his way.

Reflection

Write down your first impressions of the book or play. Ask some questions. write down questions. Copy whole passages that are difficult or that you really like a lot.
I watched the movie for a year, but I think the book is not the same as the movie. I think the book is very interesting to read and I think I’ll laugh.
What will be different in the book than in the movie?
The book is for me not so easy to understand, but I think I’ll love the story, because I love the books from the writer Nicholas Sparks.
Ronnie’s life was turned upside down when her parents divorced and her father moved from New York to Wilmington, North Carolina. Since then she has remained angry and alienated from her parents, until her mother decides she should spend the summer with her father.
Ronnie’s father, a former concert pianist and teacher in the Juilliard School of Music, is living a quiet life in the beach town; immersed in creating a work of art that (church window) will become the centre piece of a local church.
